What it costs to draw
Each pair exists because a single number cannot show a proportionality claim. A tree forty times longer costs the same to draw, and a frame full of search hits costs the same as one with none.

In-process CPU work on one thread, on a 2070 and an i7-8700K. Not end-to-end latency, and the tool that produces these says so on every run.
